Co 1:24	His body is the church	"His Body, which is the Church" has been left here on earth. To deny His Church is to deny His Body. Furthermore, He needs us to complete what is lacking in it. God has remembered to include the good works and prayers of the faithful, in his fatherly plan for our salvation.

AA 9:4-5	Jesus: I am my church	Here Jesus specifically declares that his church is indeed his own self, in that prosecuting the church is prosecution of Jesus.
